The cave bed is $49 so it ships free to AU, US, UK and Europe. A $19 ball to Australia is $8.95 shipping unless you add the cave.

Latin America has no free-shipping threshold. The freight on a cave bed to Brazil is over $22.

Rates come from live CJ quotes on the 12 live products. Each under-$49 zone rate covers the dearest live hero in that zone, so a vest-only AU order still clears.
